At Happy Cultures, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn fashion items back into their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
